Delta Air Lines has announced that it will be discontinuing its route between Atlanta (ATL) and Stuttgart (STR) after October 26, 2024. This transatlantic service, which currently operates four times a week using a Boeing 767-300ER, is the last direct flight connecting Stuttgart to the U.S. As a result, the city will no longer have any direct transatlantic flights.
This marks the second time Delta has cut the route, following an earlier suspension during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.
