“So all the other freshmen need to come to Colorado and get real love from a coach who has walked and talked that path from the college level to the NFL.”
The Colorado Buffaloes received some good news on Friday with the signing of four-star quarterback Antwan Hill Jr. The program will begin in 2025. After committing, he sent a clear message to other executives about incoming head coach Deion Sanders.
Hill Jr. came to Colorado as one of the most sought-after recruits at his position.
He is the player no. 6 in the class of 2025 and the No. 71 recruit overall, according to 247 Sports.
That’s obviously a huge asset for Colorado, but Hill Jr. There’s something to be said for that, this could be the start of a massive 2025 recruiting class.
Hill Jr. talked about what brought him to Colorado, where he told On3 Sports that he quickly connected with Colorado State assistants.
“The coaches I’m closest to are Coach Pollock, Coach Box, Coach Corey and Coach Lewis.
Like I said, it’s nice to be able to drive around Colorado and meet all the guys close to me.
That’s saying a lot because after about three months, some of my coaches were texting me daily here and there.
He then spoke specifically about Deion Sanders, imploring other recruits to join him at Colorado so he can have a coach who knows what it’s like to play in the NFL.
“So all these freshmen should come to Colorado and get real love from a coach who’s talked about it from the college level to the NFL.”
Colorado has established itself as one of the most popular programs in the country thanks to the influence of Coach Prime.
So Hill Jr. is the most likely.
His wish is granted and many other prestigious recruits come to him.
