Today marks the 15th wedding anniversary of an important milestone in my life—my marriage to Andy Murray. Over these years, our journey together has been filled with moments of love, joy, and mutual support. Andy, your dedication, not just to tennis but to our family, has been inspiring and a source of immense pride. Your achievements on and off the court have been remarkable, and our love for you grows stronger each day.

However, despite the significance of this day, I find myself grappling with feelings of unhappiness. This contrast between our outward celebrations and my inner turmoil is difficult to reconcile. The reasons for my discontent are multifaceted and deeply personal, reflecting the complexities of any long-term relationship.

In any marriage, especially one as public as ours, there are pressures and challenges that can take a toll on personal happiness. The demands of Andy’s career, with its rigorous schedules and frequent travel, have often meant sacrifices in our personal life. While I have always been proud to support him, there are moments when the strain becomes palpable.

Furthermore, the expectations placed on us as a couple can sometimes overshadow the individual needs and desires that each partner brings into a marriage. Balancing these expectations with our personal aspirations has been an ongoing challenge.

Today, as we celebrate our 15th anniversary, it is also an opportunity for reflection and honest conversation. Acknowledging these feelings is the first step towards addressing them. It is essential to communicate openly and work together to find solutions that will restore the joy and contentment we both deserve.

Andy, our love and commitment remain strong, and I am hopeful that through understanding and effort, we can navigate these challenges and continue to build a fulfilling life together.
