Following linebacker Quay Walker’s unfortunate injury against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers provided an update on his condition.

After the Packers defeated the Bears by scoring touchdowns, two players left the game.
Walker belonged to this group.

On the ground, Aaron Jones, the running back, was dominant.
The third quarter, however, saw him leave the game due to a hamstring injury. The extent of Jones’ injury is still being assessed by the Packers.

Walker picked off Justin Fields six times in the fourth quarter to essentially seal the Packers’ victory.
Darnell Wright, a rookie right tackle for the Bears, struck Walker in the head close to the goal line. Walker left the game while being examined by the Packers for a concussion.

Quay Walker is indeed undergoing concussion testing, according to the Green Bay Packers.

Walker is currently in concussion protocol, according to head coach Matt LaFleur, who confirmed this to Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers on Monday afternoon.

The extent of Walker’s injury is unknown.
He might miss some time, though, because the NFL takes concussions seriously.
Prior to returning to action for the Packers, Walker must complete a number of steps.
