Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports that the Jets are reportedly looking into trade possibilities for Hardman.
He joined the Jets as a free agent this offseason, but he didn’t play in the team’s victory over the Broncos on Sunday and has only made one catch in 22 offensive snaps this season.
Hardman, who was a free agent after the previous season, agreed to a $4 million one-year contract with the Jets.
In Denver, the active Jets receivers included Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Randall Cobb, Xavier Gipson, and Irv Charles.

It would appear to be easy to entice Hardman away from the Jets given his small contract and lackluster performance thus far this season.
Hardman, a 25-year-old wide receiver, was considered to be a good fit for the Packers before signing with the Jets.
Near the line of scrimmage, Hardman is a lethal weapon. His ability to run after catches would be extremely beneficial to Jordan Love and this offense.
Due to an abdomen injury, Hardman only participated in eight regular-season games in 2022.
After a career-best season in 2021, Hardman’s receiving numbers were restricted to 25 receptions for 297 yards and four touchdowns in 2018.
Hardman has been buried by the New York depth chart this season.
