2023 is shaping up to be a vintage year for the Kelce family. Brothers Travis and Jason made NFL history in February when they played against each other at the Super Bowl, the first siblings to ever compete on opposite teams in a championship game. That showdown ended in a second Super Bowl ring for Travis, and his year has only got better from then on, with a hosting gig on Saturday Night Live and, most recently, a romance with singer Taylor Swift, who has been watching from the stands as he wins games in the new season with the Kansas City Chiefs.

With all eyes on Travis and his love life, now seems like the perfect time to take a look at Jason Kelce, and his relationship status. Unlike Travis, Jason has been married for five years to Kylie McDevitt, and while their marriage might not have the same Reputation as Trav’s, it’s a Love Story nevertheless.
Here’s everything we know about Kylie McDevitt Kelce.
She shares her husband’s athletic background.
Kylie played field hockey in college, and during her time at Cabrini University in Pennsylvania she was a first-team selection twice, and along with her teammates won the Colonial States Athletic Conference title two years in a row. She was named the conference’s rookie of the year in 2013.
Their first date was a disaster.
Kylie first connected with Jason on Tinder, but she initially believed she was being catfished once she googled her new match and found out that he played for the Philadelphia Eagles. (Unlike her future husband, who hails from Cleveland, Ohio, Kylie is a local to Pennsylvania and an Eagles girl through and through.) However, she decided to take a leap of faith and met up with him for a date—but as she revealed during an appearance on the Kelce brothers’ podcast New Heights, Jason did not make the best first impression.

“Well, his profile at the time was something to the effect of; I want to have deep meaningful conversations and talk about getting married and having kids or something like that,” she said. “You fell asleep 45 minutes after I got there on the bar table because he was too drunk.”
Jason agreed that it was “not a good first date,” but added that it was “love at first sight on his part,” saying: “I was sober enough to know it was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life.”
They got married in 2018.
Kylie wed Jason at the Logan Hotel in Philadelphia on April 14, 2018. Their wolfhound Winnie was reportedly among the 170 guests.
Since then, they have had three daughters: Wyatt Elizabeth, Elliotte Ray, and Bennett Llewellyn.
Their youngest child, Bennett, was born this year, just two weeks after the “Kelce Bowl,” and Kylie was so heavily pregnant at the time that she brought her OBGYN along to the stadium on game day, just in case the excitement all proved too much and induced labor. Luckily, Bennett arrived healthy and in good time on February 23.
She and Jason are both actively involved in charity.
Kylie is a philanthropist, like her husband, and works with Jason’s foundation, (Be)Philly, which he launched in 2022 to improve the lives of Philadelphia’s youth. She also helps to raise money and awareness for the Eagles Autism Foundation. Kylie’s involvement in good causes and connection to the Eagles has even earned her the nickname “the First Lady of Philadelphia.”
