This new approach includes offerings like salads and ciabatta sandwiches, aiming to position the brand as a daily dining option rather than an occasional treat . Despite these efforts, the company continues to operate only a handful of locations, including three in London and one in Milan, with its co-founder Zack Bishti departing the business amid these restructuring efforts .
The closures and restructuring have reportedly resulted in approximately 150 job losses, marking a significant contraction for the once rapidly expanding vegan fast-food brand.
