For one day, Justin Hollins was jobless.

The Green Bay Packers announced on Tuesday that their star linebacker from the Oregon Ducks had been re-signed.

The Packers’ Monday 17-14 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders came just hours after Hollins was let go.
The Packers added running back Patrick Taylor in time for the game because starting running back Aaron Jones missed his third game in four weeks.

On Monday night, Taylor caught two passes for five yards and gained two yards on the ground twice. He took part in 21 of the 58 offensive plays and three more special teams plays.
To make room for Hollins, the Packers released Taylor.

Since the Packers acquired Hollins after the Los Angeles Rams released him in November, he has participated in 10 games for the team.
In March, he agreed to a $1.22 million, one-year deal with the Packers.

During the Packers’ first four weeks, Hollins has played 84 defensive snaps on the field.
