Passengers were kept on board for nearly 30 minutes after landing as paramedics attended to the unconscious travelers and conducted safety assessments. Once cleared, the remaining passengers were deplaned and given food, blankets, and access to Frontier customer service agents to rebook their travel.
“We understand this was a traumatic experience for many of our guests,” said Walters. “We are working with each impacted customer to ensure they reach their destinations safely and comfortably.”

The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have both launched investigations into the cause of the pressurization failure.
