A showdown between the top two teams in the NFC North took place during the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers game on Thursday Night Football.

Jordan Love, the Green Bay Packers’ starting quarterback, was all praise for Detroit after the Lions defeated the now 2-2 Packers by a score of 34-20 to improve to 3-1.

Reporters questioned Love about whether the Lions were now the team to beat in the NFC North, and he responded, “Yeah, for sure.”.
They played really well tonight, so credit to them. I believe that we and they entered this game.
Naturally, we haven’t yet faced the Vikings, but every time we face a North opponent, it’s a crucial game for the remainder of the year.
We’ll look forward to playing them again when we do so.
We must simply improve and continue to prevail.

By halftime, the Lions had a commanding 27-3 advantage over the Packers, who then outscored them 17-7 in the second half.
