**Appeal to Members of District Electoral Commissions and Polling Station Representatives**
Dear Members of the Electoral Commissions,
Since yesterday, I have received hundreds of emails reporting irregularities in various electoral commissions. A certain pattern keeps repeating like a mantra—one that was even highlighted in today’s *Gazeta Wyborcza* with glaring examples of “mistakes.” In many commissions, the results of the second round of voting do not match those from the first round. When we see a 400% increase in votes for Mr. Nawrocki in some districts alongside a drop for Mr. Trzaskowski, it is obvious that an error (or rather, fraud) has occurred.
However, I have also received numerous reports that even in commissions where the differences between candidates were small, votes were being swapped at the stage of entering data into the paper protocol or later when transferring the paper protocol to the electronic system. These manipulations consistently disadvantaged Trzaskowski, with votes being wrongly attributed to the opposing candidate. This appears to be a coordinated scheme in which individuals were instructed that such “mistakes” would be difficult to prosecute.
In light of this, I urge you to urgently (while memories are still fresh) verify on the National Electoral Commission (PKW) website whether the vote counts entered into the electronic system match those you recorded on the night of June 1-2. If there are discrepancies, please contact me at **biuro@giertych-kancelaria.pl**.
I also appeal to members of commissions affiliated with PiS. If anyone encouraged you to engage in the practices described above—or any other form of election fraud—my law firm can provide legal assistance to help you safely come forward with such information. This offer also extends to PiS members who may have participated in such activities. We can help you obtain protected witness status (*mały świadek koronny*) to ensure your safety while exposing the truth.
Time is of the essence. If we do not act now, these irregularities may go unchallenged, undermining the legitimacy of our democracy. Please report any discrepancies or coercion immediately.
Sincerely,
