Air Canada pilots have reached a tentative agreement with the airline, avoiding a strike that could have severely impacted operations. The deal, struck with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), represents over 5,200 pilots and comes after nearly a year of negotiations. The proposed four-year agreement includes significant pay raises, better work conditions, and improved retirement benefits.
