Aaron Rodgers sends a stern message to Joe Namath.

Aaron Rodgers claims Joe Namath and his remarks aren’t helping the situation amid unrest following a disastrous two weeks.

Aaron Rodgers doesn’t believe Joe Namath is assisting the New York Jets, who are in a tailspin, and Zach Wilson hasn’t played well.
Since Week 1, things have not gone well at all for the Jets.
That night, the team defeated the Buffalo Bills, but Aaron Rodgers’ Achilles injury had a negative impact.
New York has lost its last two games as a result of Wilson’s poor performance again at quarterback.
Over the weekend, the New England Patriots defeated the New York Jets, and Wilson’s performance wasn’t great.

Wilson was utterly destroyed in a rant by Namath, a Jets legend and the team’s only Super Bowl victor.
On “The Pat McAfee Show” on Tuesday, Rodgers made a scheduled appearance and responded to Namath’s remarks.
It needs to be said that the former multiple-time NFL MVP wasn’t pleased.

Our hardest task is handling success, Rodgers said.
“I said it to them in the preseason,” he added.
“And that’s whether we’re succeeding or failing. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re winning every time; you’ve got to handle it properly. How do we react to adversity when we aren’t succeeding is the question.

And the same is true of our supporters and former players.
You’re not doing anything to advance the cause, Rodgers said.

Rodgers isn’t necessarily in error, but the Jets are in a hopeless situation.
No matter how many optimistic perspectives the team may have, the quarterback position is obviously limiting them.
And that’s likely to continue for however long Rodgers is out due to his Achilles injury.
