As the third week of the 2023 season approaches, the Green Bay Packers are surrounded by a lot of optimism. The team appears to have played seven complete football quarters to begin the year.

Once they gel with Jordan Love, the Packers’ young and talented wide receiving group has the potential to become a real powerhouse in the league.
However, early in 2023, injuries have limited the team’s position group.

Several potential trade targets may be available for them as of the March 31 NFL trade deadline.
Hunter Renfrow, a wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders, might be one of these targets.
The Raiders initially took Renfrow, who played college football for Clemson, in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
In each of his first two NFL seasons, he amassed over 600 yards, he had a couple of good seasons to begin his career.
Then, in 2021, Renfrow suddenly became a star, hauling in 103 receptions for 1,038 yards and nine touchdowns on his way to making the Pro Bowl.
Unfortunately, Renfrow’s performance was significantly hampered by injuries last season, as he only accumulated 330 yards. Renfrow has now lost his place in the offense for Las Vegas in 2023.
However, the Packers could use him and might offer the Raiders two 2024 draft picks—a fourth and a sixth—in exchange for his services.
Love would have a set of sure hands from Hunter Renfrow, and the rest of Green Bay’s passing game would be made more accessible.

In Raiders history, he also became just the second wide receiver to have at least 100 receptions and 1,000 receiving yards in the same season.
However, injuries in 2022 prevented Renfrow from playing more than 10 games.
He hauled in 36 passes in all, gaining 330 yards and two scores.
This could be the ideal “buy low” scenario for the Green Bay Packers because the veteran is coming off a below-average season.
